How to listen to Medicare Minutes, the FairMedicare.org Podcast Series
Podcasting is a new form of broadcasting connected to portable media players, the most popular of which is Apple’s iPod. Like other forms of streaming audio, you can listen to our podcast, Medicare Minutes by downloading the audio file (MP3) through a media player on your computer.
You can also listen and subscribe to our podcasts through “podcatching” or content aggregator programs that support syndication feeds (RSS) like iPodder.org or ‘My Yahoo!’.
You subscribe by pasting our feed address, http://feeds.feedburner.com/CenterForMedicareAdvocacy, into the program and then it will automatically download our latest episodes whenever they are published.
One of the easiest ways to do this is to download iTunes and subscribe and listen to Medicare Minutes through that program. Using iTunes, or a similar program, you can drag podcast episodes over to your portable music player and take it with you to listen whenever it is convenient for you!
